Maybe they are producing the more standard colors for the RCF first. Honestly if they are delaying some of this so far back into the model year might as well wait for 2016 to see if they do any changes.
I have the 2.0 on my Is350. I have got so many compliments on it. I get stopped at the store , car wash , etc. about the way it shines. They love the color. It looks like it’s glowing in the sun.

Very random post for a first post but I agree. It's literally brilliant. I don't get stopped like you do but I'm sure many passerbyers appreciate the 4 layers of paint.
Just got my RC F back from my detailer who did a 2 step paint correction and a 10 year, 2 step, Ceramic Coating from Fireball called Dok Do. This detailer has a 15 bay garage and does a ton of high end cars including Bentley, Aston Martin, Lambo, Ferrari, Bugatti, and plenty more. He said this Lexus Infrared is by far the best looking "red" that's ever came through his shop. All his guys loved it too. I can't stop looking at it since I got it home in my garage 😁😁.
