How about RCF vs 991 s (2012)
Love the RCF but can't help it after test driving the 991.... of course waiting on specs tonight, but if pricing is @ 80K

Different animals. If you ever have the opportunity to get a right seat ride at a track day in a Porsche with a good driver, you'll know why they have such a strong following. While the RCF will be a good car, the Porsches are great cars.
If you are never planning to track your cars, it would be better to consider practicality and intended use to decide. Or, you could do what any number of owners do - "Hey, I really look great in this car!" and be done. Seriously. Car sales depend a lot on "I look good in this car."

I am not into looks but wanted to have a cra that I can ENJOY on the long run 6month +
It will not be my daily driver....

There's no comparison between the RC F and 911. Even the RC F's chief engineer said he considers the 911 to be the best sports car ever made!!
(The Lexus will at least be more reliable.)

Drove the 991 several time I am in love!!!! but can't help my intrest in the RCF, been following the updates and the spy videos for almost a year now... very hard to walk away before i test it!!!
A used 991 s with 15k miles is the same price with a loaded RCF go figure

I said that to my friend when he bought his new E46 M3 a while back. Out of his first 12 months of ownership, 2.5 months were spent in the BMW garage.
That being said, Porsches are pretty good when it comes to reliability, at least with my family's experience with them.

As for the 911, there have been some major problems as of late--engine replacement.
Porsche Cars North America is recalling certain model year 2014 911 GT3 vehicles manufactured October 19, 2013, through January 16, 2014. In the affected vehicles, a piston connecting rod may come loose and damage the engine crankcase.
Consequences: A damaged crankcase may allow engine oil to leak onto hot components in the engine bay which may result in a fire.
Remedy: Porsche will notify owners, and dealers will install a new engine with improved piston connecting rod connections, free of charge. The recall began on June 6, 2014.
