Default Moved my post here...

The Solid Gunmetal 20 Spoke wheels looks better than the Two Tone 20 Spoke wheels with the partial polished blades..

I like the two-tone the best. Gives more perception of depth with the 3D spokes. You can still see the silver spokes when the wheels are turning. The gunmetal spokes disappear once the wheels start turning.

It's like travel classes

Premium Economy Class: Split 5-spoke standard
Business Class: Split 10-spoke
First Class: Split 20-spoke hand-polished (forged?) buzzsaw wheels

Anyways:

Oh so it comes in two colors (like the Jaguar XJR)

I guess I'll take mine in BLACK

All the RC F wheels, will be BBS Forged wheels.. (As discussed in this thread)

I have identified another finish of the 20 Spoke wheels (not black) during the press event..

Visually looks to be solid Gunmetal finish..

Some known names of these similar finishes on other Lexus BBS wheels:

IS F Samurai Blade Wheels - Smoke Finish (Dark Silver Mettalic in the Lexus text books)

IS F Samurai Blade Wheels - Smoke Finish w/ Hand Polished Blades (available in other regions)

LFA - Dark Premium Mettalic Minish

Looks like USA spec will only have the Two Tone 20 spoke wheels with hand polished sections.

The two tone 20 spoke adds depth and dimension.

The split 10-spoke would look awesome in gunmetal finish.

Looking at all these wheels makes me want to get an M4, so uninspiring. But if I had to choose I get the standard wheel. And even that wheel reminds me of a base BMW 3 or 5 series wheel.

Wheels makes you want to get an M4?

This is the dream car many current F owners have dreamed about... Wheels are not a show stopper for a serious buyer seeking this breakthrough F.

Haha!!! You have aftermarket wheels on your GS yet because you dislike the wheel design, you would much rather get the M4 while ignoring all of the great qualities RC-F offers and M4 cannot match. Truly hilarious.

The RCF is one awesome car. Those wheels don't deserve to go on that car. Especially in this price range. I don't know it's just that I can never love a car unless it's got decent wheels. Unless it's an exotic lol

M4 wheels are simple but nothing special at the same time
