Looks Great in black.
window trim DEFINATLEY needs to be blacked out.
Front looks awesome.
Wheels definately need to be different. Glossy all black wheels or some kind of Black Chrome wheels would look awesome.
tint the windows and the car is complete.

I always come back to Nebula Gray Pearl. It's classy, sporty, shows the lines off well, and never get sick of it. Probably easiest of the darker colors to maintain and good resale cause it's not too flashy. This black one looks amazing tho.

The dark grey shades are so dull though. They lack the elegance of a pristine black finish and they don't pop like the other colors. Plus it seems to be a go to color for many people, I see so many vehicles in dark grey.

Yes! This is absolutely the color combo I want. I keep telling myself I'll stop getting black cars, but no color looks better to me. The red interior sets it off perfectly. White is probably my second favorite color, with gunmetal gray in third, but I think black tones down some of the more aggressive angles of this car and blends with the grill the best, making it more of a subtle sleeper than a showy car, which is what I want. As for the wheels, I've thrown a set of Volks on my last four cars withing 6 months of ownership, and I see the RCF being no different.
I am also surprised that we're in August and there are still no final performance figures out though. That's weird. Oh well, I'm not looking to buy in the first model year anyway. I'm more of a 2016-2017 buyer. Gonna enjoy my ISF a little longer.

Ist year car
A quick look over at the 3rd Gen IS forums will confirm this. Never buy a 1st year car. The RC is going to be a totaly new car. With all kinds of new problems.

^^ I had a first production 2001 IS300 and 2008 IS F... never had "problems".. Every year model build will have an issue here & there...
Back to black... Its the only color that makes the rear bumper look "clean"..
I see a lot of members color matching their rear bumpers...

same infotainment system as IS (hopefully fixed the bugs), revised engine and same transmission over ISF which didnt have any major issues. You can be a lot safer buying this as first year car compared to others. Even my 06 IS350 as first year never had any major issues.
