Default Why oh why a 2 door?

The RC F is so desirable. I would have bought it in a heartbeat when I was single and didn't have two kids + a third on the way. I always wondered why anyone wanted large sport sedans or even wagons. Now I get it.

Now that Lexus is serious about performance and competing with M's and AMG's, why start with a coupe? Why not start with the GS F?

From the looks of it, the GS-F will be here in the not-too-distant future. Maybe not as quickly as the RC-F but eventually.

I have three kids too. RCF on order. If you really want it, you can make it work.

I'm impressed. How will you make it work?

You can definitely make it work. I had a friend who was ordering a GT2 but had to settle for a Turbo because his wife got pregnant. The struggle is real.

I saw a guy driving a 458 with 3 kids in the car, so if there's a will there's a way.

It won't be an IS-F since it does not share the chassis with the IS. It would probably be a stand alone sedan.

I would like to have the 2 doors coupe for a performance car. It should be lighter and more agile so both handling and acceleration are definitely improved. Also 2 doors are better for autocross and even hard road racing. I want to see this car competing with the Porsche and the M3 head to head.

Personally I wish it was a real 2 seater, and not a 2+2. The rear seats in the IS are all but useless, I can't imagine what they'll be lil win the RC.
