You are too fast to stereotype, I'm a huge BMW M-fan
The M4 sounds kind of weak from the video but nothing an aftermarket Akrapovic won't solve I'm sure. BMW has a huge aftermarket base so this is really not an issue. If you like the RC-F fine that is your choice but to talk down about another car based on a video just makes you look dumb.
Of course there are fanbois on every forum, no denying that but there are some of us who prefer to experience the car ourselves before getting all worked up.

Honestly I have no idea...the USB is amazing..the white/red is classic..black/red would be sinister..for me the interior is more important since I could paint/wrap....

Why don't you own both RC F and that Vette C7 These two cars are just damn amazing. Look smexy as hell inside and outside and perform like a boss.
The C7, in many critics mind, perform on par with high end Porsche at about half of its price. With many driving modes, this car can be a comfortable daily and hard core on track. I have seen the Vette (older model) dominating in autocross even against many Porsche. The C7 in my mind is a pure track machine.
The RCF on the other hand has been track proven and won at least couple reputable races. This car looks aggressive front and back and backed up by its real performance. Also, the RCF has such a unique nice feature that no other cars has such as the LFA-like cluster which can display many information like g-force monitoring, lap times etc I would buy it alone just for this lol! Overall, RCF in my mind is a high performance sport luxury car.

Read the first test. Caranddriver did the first instrument test for the M4. It did the 0 - 60 mph in 3.9 seconds and 1/4 mile in 12.1 seconds. Weighs about 3590 lbs. It was compared against a base model 911. They were highly critical of the engine as being lacklustre and that it "goes to sleep 1000 rpm before redline" and kept talking about the old M3 V8 and the haunting howl at 8400 rpm etc.
Here is the kicker, Price as tested was $91k for M4

They've dynod the new M3/4 at 420whp though, which means it is grossly overrated. I don't have an account over there, so i'll ask here. Given the weight and trap speeds, is that reasonable?

Please go to bmwusa.com and BUILD M4 for yourself.
A reasonable build can be had at $70-75k
The car comes STANDARD with a ton of Features.
The big concern is the Reliability of this engine esp when pushed hard in hot weather.
