...For a while now I was planning on buying a Borla but I don't know if I can anymore.
It's ridiculously loud even on startup.
I just bought a house in a cul-de-sac with kids/toddlers and I think this would have my HOA hating me instantly...
Rylitt please convince me that I'm wrong!!

Haha I wish I could convince you otherwise but I think my neighbors hate me. But - it is what it is lol. It's only loud on initial startup and then after that it's pretty quiet. If you don't rev in and out of the area you probably won't have too many issues. People just hear the exhaust and assume you're going fast.

Fortunately, I'll have some time before I have to make a decision on the exhaust, so I'll try to go hear a few in person to make a decision.
Let me know if you're ever in the area (Georgia) and I'll make a trip out to hear your beautiful ride.
If I really like it I'll probably say ***** it and pull the trigger on an exhaust and soundproof my garage and start ignition with the door closed haha

It is a tad loud on cold starts but it calms down after a minute or so. Driving normally around city, it isn't too loud at all. Drive with windows down and going hard through the gears, and it is music to my ears!
This is my cold start video with some minor revs toward the end.

I like the sound of the Borla, but Im wondering if a stock resonator delete will be enough. Im hoping for a comparison of a Borla vs stock w/res delete versus stock unchanged
