This is with $0 down:
Now are those bottomline numbers from Lexus or is the buyer able to negotiate a better lease by lowering the purchase price from $72xxx?
Any experienced input?

Jump on it if it's really for an RC-F! I hope it's not a bait-and-switch and they tell you it's for an RC350 lease when you get ready to sign.

Doesn't seem right to me...I dont think they raised the residual enough to get that low of a payment. I think they have $3000 lease cash tho? I have a lease calculator on my phone which is very good, give me the numbers and I can see what I get. If that's what they'll give you, take it!

What's the name of the lease calculator?

You need to know residual value, money factor, selling price including dealer fees, and msrp to calculate leases.
Your offer sounds great if its true.

Definitely looks like a great deal. My lease deal was $0 down, 3 yrs and 10k miles a month. I added the wheel and tire protection package and that bumped my price to $755/month.

I have never leased a car before so any help is appreciated.
That sounds too good to be true. Is this a left over 15 or new 16?

Even if its a 2015, still an unbelievable deal!

The deal is not too good to be true. I pay $620 a month with only security deposits down. Granted, when i got this deal (December) corporate was giving Jersey dealers 10k a car to move them off the lot.

Also just so everyone who reads this thread doesn't overpay for the car.....anything over $800 a month ($0 down) is not a good deal. GSFs are now leasing for $799 ($1200 down) and come December GSFs will easily be in the 7s with 0 down. Leasing a Lexus is all about patience and waiting for the month (usually December) the model you are after has crazy incentives. This isn't Porsche, Lexus never limits production enough to move cars without eventually incentivizing them.

Not unheard of. I got a buddy that leases cars for a living and he's leasing the RCF at $669/mo + tax, tag/title & the GSF at $829/mo same thing, 36mo 10k a year.

Wlll you guys were right, they tried the old bait and switch trick. The price off 700 a month 0 down for 36 month 15k miles was for a RC350 F sport. The number they tried to give me on a 72k msrp RCF was 890 monhth 3k down 36 months 15k miles. What a joke, the dealer in Orlando should be avoided.

Yup Lexus of Orlando blows. Go to west palm or jm, much better pricing from volume dealer

Right.. Everyone has that buddy

Quoted from post #2, but instead "your buddy" only pays 24k in 3 years. Complete bs

That seems insane, if it's $74k MSRP with $25,200 total payments and no money down, they'd have to think the residual value in 3 years will be ~50k? And that'd be making zero profit.

Whats the actual purchase price and residual and MF?

That seems really low for a rcf? The rc 350 in the Cleveland area is leasing for 480 plus a month? Confused

You obviously overpay for your cars because you have no knowledge of how volume Lexus dealerships make their money. 1. incentives- Lexus throws money at certain models depending on the month and how well that model is doing. Example- last December dealers were getting up to 10k from Lexus (corporate) for every RCF they leased. 2. Volume- so even though they aren't making "profit" they get huge bonuses each month for moving a certain amount of cars. You could walk into a dealer at the end of the month and be their 100th sale which might be worth a 60k bonus to them, so sometimes they will even move the final few cars at a "loss".

Please stop posting your "calculations" on this forum and inferring that someone else's deal (or friends deal) is BS if you aren't knowlegable on the subject.
