Default Looking at a 15 RCF, Have a few ?'s

Looking to get out of my 14 IS 350 F Sport and into a 15 RCF. I found one close to me. Its the exact color combo I want. My main question is you guys that drive these and have purchased them, About how much should I pay for this specific car. I def. dont want to overpay and want to get the best deal. Also it looks as if the dealer has had it for sale since 2/7

2015 Lexus RC F
White/Red
17,700 Miles
Clean Carfax
Premium PkG/w Performance Pkg
Nav w/ Mark Lev Audio

What do you guys think a fair, decent, or what not price is for this car? Thanks in advance.

How much are they advertising it for? Mid 60s? I think mid to high 50 is fair

So far the best deal they said they could give me was 56,700. They told me the White/Red color combo was a 4k option, I find that hard to believe.

On the Lexus website's build you car, Ultra white is an additional $4,400. Adding the red interior is an addiitonal $800......

You're in the same boat as I am...trying to get out of my IS350 F Sport and into a low mileage RC F. The car you mentioned is exactly what I am looking for. Have you looked on cargurus.com? Not sure how reliable they are, but that website has ratings on whether a price is a great, good, fair, or bad deal depending on market value. Most of the low mileage 2015s that I've seen around in the mid $50's depending on options.

Good luck!

The red/white color option is not an additional 4k. That's a tactic to get more $$ from you. I believe not a single RC F came to the states with an MSRP below 71k. At that price point you could choose any color exterior/interior combo without paying extra. The carbon package does bump the MSRP up to 78-80k. In my opinion 53-54k would be a fair deal if you're ok with the mileage on the car. Otherwise keep looking, it is a buyer's market for these cars right now, I'm sure you can easily find one with less than 10k or even 5k for that matter.

Kybball#1, The $4K extra is because the Ultra White requires the Premium Package and the red interior is only available in leather; an $800 option. No explanation as to why this car doesn't include leather but that's the way it is.

So the actual 4k should be absorbed into the Premium Pkg, so in essense it should really only cost 800 more than a different F that has the same Options ??

You have the carbon roof and performance package right? So the msrp is around 79k+

Is it LCertified or are you buying from another random dealer?

Fully loaded with those miles should be mid 50k range. Does it have 20 spoke wheels? As a reference, I paid 61k for mine and it is also fully loaded with 20 spoke wheels in SoCal. Mine is a 2015 and had only 8k miles

the red is leather vs. the NuLux of the other colors. there is a difference, Leather vs. Fake Leather.

FWIW I have the exact same car (white/red/premium/Mark L sound system), with full (hood/fender/fascia) Lexus clear bra, full tint, extra care platinum extended warranty, pre-paid maintenance (5/90K), and tire/windshield warranty, 20 spoke wheels.

my car had 786 miles on it because it was sold and titled but the first buyer was unable to get financing so after 3 weeks was forced to return the vehicle, so it was considered to be a used vehicle.

The MSRP sticker on my vehicle was $78,899 with all the options, I paid $73,000 in out the door in Oct 2015, Car was advertised for $68,899 at the time, if you take out the $6,000 for taxes and $3,000 for the extra care warranties, I paid $64,000 for the car.

That price is fair, but: How are the tires? How has it been serviced? How are the brakes? Clean carfax? Clear bra? Several negotiable items.
