Default Largest tire size on stock or aftermarket wheel

The 275s are too skinny. What's the largest size increase on stock 10' wheel or widest tire anyone is running on aftermarket wheel without rubbing?

I'm running 295/30 in the rear currently and no rubbing. It also look like I may be able to squeeze 305 in the rear. 55 offset.

I'd also like to put a lil' wider tire on my stock rear wheels without having to do anything with spacers

Why didn't you go with 305s with 11' wheel? Would it not fit and rub? How much space do you have left from the fender?

I'm sure 295/30 would fit the stock wheel and clear the fender without rubbing. But I like to mount 305/30 or 305/25 if needed

I had 285s before, HRE recommended 295s, so I went with 295s. I have about 30 mm from the fender with the HREs.

I was going to ask the same thing-

traction is definitely an issue. Has anyone gone with wider tires up front as well? I'm not sure it would change the balance of the car if you went that much wider in the rear and didn't widen the front as well.

It looks like the factory sizes are stretched on the rims, so I'd hopeful you can get some wider rubber on there.

I know for a fact 305 would fit on a 10' rim. Did it with my previous car, 370z. The Z came with 275/35 also. Question is would it rub with stock suspension

It would have stuck out too much with my offsets. Also I may be going back to 285 on a 10.5" wheel. The road noise from the tires are a pain

For what it's worth - I don't have an RCF, I have an ISF running RCF wheels. I'm running 295/30/19 Bridgestone S-04 in back. I did have to roll the fenders.

I'm running 315 30 19 on 19x12 right now, no rubbing at the current height setting. I also have 295 30 mounted on the stock rear wheels and they also fit perfectly.
