awesome thank you!

I was wondering why one of my mirrors tilted so much further down than the other

You're welcome. You can adjust them individually any way you want. But they come from the factory only tilting slightly downward. Your car was probably sitting in a showroom, where people d*cked with your mirrors. Keep in mind reverse tilt is based on your current memory setting, so if you adjust your mirror positions, you'd have to readjust your reverse positions as well. Take care.

I'm seeing a number of posts of those who have had/having fuel pumps go out, but would like to get feedback from forum members without that issue to get a better picture of how widespread this problem is or isn't.
My car is still quite new, so no issues so far.

Didn't have fuel pump issue until I recently hit 5881 miles.

Question Poll: Has your RC F experienced any Fuel Pump issues?

As some of you mentioned, a poll would add more value and ease of visibility in this issue.

This thread has been converted into a poll.

Based on the survey, the incidence of failure is low.

I wonder what's the habit of the owners that experienced in the failure. Do they use it as DD or garage queen, do they drive hard or baby the throttle....?

I don't consider an 18% failure rate low on this car. That's almost one out of every five cars. That means if Lexus sold around 3000 of the F's since inception that equals around 540 not very happy Lexus owners of the F Sport. That in itself is not very Lexus like.

So you think everyone who has this car posts on a forum? When was the last time you went to the dealer and told your service adviser you just wanted to stop by and tell them the car is running great? People only ***** / post when they have issues.

Yes. Just hit 2k miles. Had the annoying humming type noise start right below my seat. Took it to the dealer and they basically admitted there is a problem but there is no solution currently and I have to wait it out.

However, I ALWAYS ran shell v-power. I switched over to Chevron and have not heard the sound since...strange.

Where in my post did I even remotely mention that everyone who has this car posts on a forum? I was just responding to a poster who thinks that an 18 % failure rate was low for the fuel pump issue. I disagree, an 18 % failure rate on is high especially for a Lexus. The poll was taken here for the forum members which include those with pump failures and those without which is a fair and balanced way to do it, members answer honestly and you get a fair result. Of course people complain to service managers about issues, that's why they are there. But that has nothing to do with the poll on this site. Just not sure what your getting at.

Correct.. For those times when you don't want them to tilt...
