That's a terrible deal. I leased mine in Texas. PM me and let me know who you have talked to so far.

I thought so too with people saying they are getting 10k off msrp. The MF also seems really high. I'll have to wait on other dealers.

PM sent though.

I actually got quoted the same thing down here in south florida for a 73K 2015 RC-F. According to Edmunds: "they aren't supporting 2015 leases on this model, which isn't unusual this far into the 2016 model year. The $5000 dealer incentive is to help spur sales, not leases, it would seem."

I leased one at the beginning of December:

2015 RCF - $73,535 MSRP

33 months - 12k mi/yr

$1,000 down

$699/month tax tincluded

PM me for my contact if you're interested, I think he only has a few left.

ThanksTruPlaya. The problem I see for January(vs. December) is that the residuals decreased(from 58% to 56%), the money factor basically doubled, and the $3000 lease cash is no longer available.

I agree those incentives and the residuals makes a difference. You'd think if they still had inventory after those December deals that they would be at least as motivated to get rid of what's left over. That's just toxic inventory right now.

I agree, which is why this move by Lexus didn't make much sense to me. I mean, I understand the residual decreasing(naturally), but doubling the MF and eliminating the lease cash? If anything, they should have maintained the MF or lowered it, while doubling the lease cash to move these 2015s. Oh well...

I paid cash (just a little over $18k) for the duration of my lease which is 2 years at 12k miles/year. The original sticker was $79k and $3995 for custom wheels.

Yeah it's so weird. I'm trying to reason through why they aren't trying to be more flexible right off the bat. A lot of the dealers in the area have 4-6 of the 2015 models just sitting there losing value.

I leased mine in december too. $3K down, $650/month for 24 months and yes negotiating about $9K off MSRP. I think (and I dont want to sound negative) that in order to get a deal like that again on a lease you will have to wait to the end of the year since the current incentives are for purchase only on the 2015 left overs and leases are back up to what they used to be. Imagine I remember back in january thru may of 2015 myself wanting and RCF and those were the prices on a lease quoted over $1K/month with little down which made me get an RC350 in the midtime, when I saw the killer deals during november and december I sold the RC350 and jumped to the RCF.

Jan 4th was the LAST day to get the crazy deal that lexus were offering with Tax credits You may NOT get the deals others got on here. I personally believe i got the best deal:
