Default Thinking of joining the RC F family

Hey long time lurker first time poster I finally grew a pair and decided I want to get an RC F. I figured the 2015s will have nice deals and after reading various posts on this forum I found the exact colors I want and made a few inquiries for quotes for various Southern California dealers.

Wondering your opinions on these offers I've been given. I've read some people are getting up to 12-13k off including the lease cash back incentive. There's also a few question I have I hope someone could answer for me.

1. Is the residual the same in every state? I've read some people say 59% but I've been quoted 57% for a 3 year lease/36k miles.
2. I have over 720 credit score but one dealer offered 0.0009 when I asked for 0.0008. Should I fight for that extra .2%?

One dealer has quoted me 6k off MSRP of 73k plus the lease cash back incentive. However this dealer doesn't have the color I want.

Another has quoted me 8k off MSRP of 73.6k plus $3500 lease cash back. He said 2303 due at signing but this dealer is the one that quoted me 0.0009 MF and gave me 57% residual for 3 years/36k miles. This one seems the most promising but he said that is his bottom line.

Another quoted 6k off MSRP from 74k plus the lease cash back but only offered 10k miles a year instead of 12k. They're asking 2500 due at signing also.

I'm still waiting to hear back from a few others but so far #2 sounds really tempting for a total 11.5k off 73.6k MSRP but I'm wondering if you guys think I could get more?

.0009 is the buy rate for the month of November. It can't go any lower.
It was .0008 last month.
The same thing just happened to me last week.

The only thing that should be absolutely due at signing, especially since the bonus cash counts as down payment, is first month's lease payment and 3-400 in fees.

Do you think it's greedy to keep pushing for more than 8k off? I just had another dealer quote me 7k off for only 10k miles a year and said that's their bottom line.

I got 9500 off plus the 3K lease cash.

I wouldn't accept less than 9K off.

Lol. Tell them to call you when they offer 9K off and they know your position. They have your phone number:P It's not like there isn't a LOT on the lots. Heck I'd drive up to northern California to save 1k in a day. Good luck.

yes, as djeayzonne said, 0.0009 is the lowest money factor you can get for November. Octobers was 0.0008. And residuals are the same for all states and dealers. Those are decided by Lexus and are non-negotiable.

I got 9,100 off and the additional 3k lease cash. Just tell the dealers what you want and if they say no, then move on to the next one.
