As far as the warranty is concerned, I think a lot of it comes down to your Lexus dealer and their comfort level with modifications. Lexus is certainly a brand that would be somewhat less accustomed to seeing their customers bring in a car with mods. With my ISF, I had coilovers, headers and exhaust, and never once did they bat an eye with any warranty work. That being said, I never really had any major issues that someone could potentially tie back to said mods.

Bottom line, check with your dealer, and just remember there is always a risk/reward with this type of thing.

I will be watching to see how these particularly change the car's character. Would love to pick up some more low end torque, and a little more sound would be perfect.

I am not looking forward though to dealing with 02 sensor CEL and related issues though. I hope that whole scenario is better with the RC F than it was with the ISF.

I am assuming similar gains like the IS-F but since the RCF produces more horsepower must equal higher RWHP numbers.....

I didn't ask. I would assume in the $1500-2500 range

Paul has been extremely helpful in the past with my ISF headers as well as when I was looking at custom made titanium headers for the RCF through another fabricator he was more than willing to sell his O2 conditioner.

I'm also going to try and do a before and after dyno depending on arrival of the headers (most shops around here close their dynos before the snow hits) as I currently have gutted cats and Apexi N1 resonated exhaust.

how do the RCF headers look compared to the ISF ones. The ISF ones were junky, hence the huge gains from headers.

I am curious on this as well. There was a huge room for improvement over the ISF stock headers. Here is a pic of my stock vs PPE headers for the ISF.

I'm curious how they look as well; I'm also curious what the install will be like as I would like to do it myself.

The fact that PPE was able to go equal length makes me think there is more room in the RCF engine bay compared to the ISF.

I will be severely disappointed if they prove up less than 25hp.

As far as cost, I believe he is finalizing this week.

i remember in the RCF press release they had some kind of change on the headers. If the RCF header design is better than the ISF the gains might not be as large. Therefore it would be part of the reason of the power gain between ISF and RCF engines

You already ordered a set and they are being ceramic coated?

Ok, if I could ask a favor, would you please start a separate thread of the before/after for the following items:

- Pics of OEM headers next to PPE headers (for reference/comparison)
- Pics of before installation to after installation (for reference/comparison)
- Video/Sound stationary of before installation to after installation (for reference/comparison)
- Video/Sound in motion (inside the car) of before installation to after installation (for reference/comparison)
- Video/Sound in motion (outside of the car) of before installation to after installation (for reference/comparison)

You're going to be the deciding factor as to whether or not to buy these headers so writeup some good stuff and it would be even better if you did before/after dynos.

I know I'm asking a lot, but hey, knowledge is power and we need all the knowledge we can get from this SLOW MOVING forum since there are so few of us RCF owners on here.
