Pre-Set Heights:
Front: -30mm (-1.2inch)
Rear: -25mm (-1.0inch)

Maximum Height Adjustments :
Front: +10mm to -80mm (+0.4inch to -3.1inch)
Rear: 0mm to -45mm (0inch to -1.8inch)

Approximate Drop :
Front: -30mm to -35mm (-1.2inch to -1.4inch)

Hey man. This will decrease the body roll and produce a little bit stiffer ride for better handling. And also a drop

Kindly keep in mind if the RC-F is like the IS-F, the rear camber is unable to be adjusted....you will need to pull your camber back out after dropping the car down.
