I was speaking in terms of note being less. Obviousky, the longer you keep the car the more you pay or the less the residual will be.

It, however, is possible that a 24 month lease may have a lower note than the 36 or 48 month lease. Not often though. Depends on what manufacturer is pushing.

On the RCF, the 36 and 48 were less monthly than 24 month kease when I purchased, but the savings was fairly great when doing a one pay on the 24 month.
24 months was $946, 36 months was $892, $72,344 msrp base options moonroof nav

24 would be the "cheapest" in the total scheme of things just not really sure about it, took off $6800 off msrp of the car, and is buying out my current lease that's up in 2016.

I love the vehicle but 3 months after leasing it my job relocated me to NYC from South Florida...I'm getting paid more so it's definitely a better opportunity but I don't need an RCF in the city. I'm probably not even going to have a car.

Default Current Lease Deals

I know there have been numerous lease deal threads, but I feel like the market is pretty good for RCF's right now and think it would be beneficial to start an updated one. Below is what I am seeing right now...

Based upon the following...
36 month lease, 7,500 miles a year
0.0008 money factor
59% residual

I have lease offers of $899/mo, 2 at $870/mo, 1 at $845/mo and 1 at $840/month.

These are all on RCF's that MSRP at $73,xxx

Basically, I am seeing immediate discounts of $6,000-$7,700 off.

I am going to wait it out until I get an offer of $800 or less, which I believe is obtainable. What are the thoughts from others?

Is there any money down or due at signing?

1st months payment and like $400 in fees at signing.
Just got another quote at $807/month. Think this could be the one...

Man, that residual is really bad! Do you know what the residual is on 10k and 12k mile leases? Also how much is it to purchase extra miles? Also is the above quoted MF the base MF? Can you put MSD's (Multiple Security Deposits) down to lower the MF? Is there anywhere to go that I can get all of this pertinent lease info?

On the two RCF's I viewed on Saturday the dealer was offering $5k off before any talks, and the Sales Associates were very upfront about having more room to negotiate. I would say at the VERY minimum $8k off could be accomplished.

On my M3 it is 20c per mile if purchased at lease turn in, but 16c per mile if purchased in advance. Does Lexus offer anything similar?

Thank you for posting this thread! I am interested as well to hear what current offers/deals others are getting.

Yeah I'm not thrilled with that residual, but can't negotiate that. As far as I'm aware, the money factor I was given (0.0008 or 1.92% APR) is as low as they go? The sales guy said something along the lines of "this is the rate at which we get money from Lexus, so we aren't making anything here" or something like that. I didn't think of the MSD's but I will mention that to them tomorrow.

My current offer is $7700 off MSRP. Most dealers I have talked to seem to start hesitating around $6k off. But I agree that I really think $10k is possible. The dealers in Houston, Dallas, Austin and San Antonio have SO MANY RCFs on their lots and they don't seem to be moving at all. Since the car has came out, I've only ever seen 2 on the roads.

Maybe I should hold off until I get a better offer.

@ghoffner $7700 off MSRP sounds nice. 7.5k miles per year seems really low. It's about 625 miles/mo. But it might be alright in PA. How far are your usual destinations in PA? I'm from CA and I usually drive an avg of 15 miles one-way or 30 miles a day.

I actually live in the TX...need to change that. And my commute is only ~5 miles in total per day. I live near work/gym/shopping....basically within 1-2 miles of anything I need. In the last 19 months I've only driven 7,000 miles. So I feel 7500 per year is more than enough.

I asked about putting down MSD's and I was told "you are at our buy rate with Lexus financial, so the money factor is as low as it can possibly go"

Do you have any numbers on the residual for 10/12k miles for 3 years?
Also I was approved for the 0.0006 for the rc350 would that moneu factor also be the same for the rcf? Thanks.

Yes, I just leased one for 10,000 miles/yr for 3 years. money factor of 0.0008. MSRP of $73,074. Negotiated to $63,999 and an additional $3,000 in lease cash. I added the tire and wheel protection package because Houston roads are absolutely horrible...so that brought my monthly payment from $706 to $754

I live in Miami Florida and dealers were not overly aggressive on pricing. I just signed a deal with an out of state auto broker. $3491 total out of pocket at signing and $624 per month tax included.

I think it's a decent deal. Especially considering the quotes I was getting in Florida. I'd be more than happy to share the contact with anyone through PM.

BTW
12k miles
33 months.
$73,575 MSRP
