Arrow Liquid Platinum RC F w/Carbon Package debuts @ 24hrs of Nürburgring Race venue..!!

Lexus Europe gives us a first look at the 2015 Lexus RC F in Liquid Platinum "Silver" w/ Carbon Package..!!

It's really going to be a head turner for sure..

***Reminder - Carbon Fiber Hood not available in USA Markets

Amazing photos by Lexus Europe..!!

Also sources tell me we are looking at 99% production version.. (Pre-Production Model Shown)
So no other changes are likely..
They even added in the color matched rear bumper guard protectors..

Enjoy,

Joe Z

looks like stock tires can go even wider than 255/275. IS350 wheels are 8.5" in the back but have 255 but these are 9" fronts with 255, can probably go 275 fronts 295 rears

That just looks like regular silver. Pics of "liquid platinum" I've seen was darker.

What are those bits stuck on the rear wheel wells? Bumper guards? What do they actually do? Hopefully they're removable.

I think you mean 99% production, not 99% pre-production. That would imply 99% could be changing.

RC F won't come in regular silver or silver lining... It's Liquid Platinum in poor indoor lighting...

Splash or rock chip guards would be the only answer...

Yes correct pre-production model shown..

OK, thanks for clarification. My only other reference to the Liquid Platinum was this image. Reminds me of MB SLS (AMG Alubeam Silver), which is quite stunning. That Lexus Europe photo, not so much.

This is actually my preference I dont mind bits and pieces of CF here and there

The entire hood being CF is a bit too much for me so hearing that something wont be coming to the US market is .... for once anyways a good thing for me

Also, notice even in this fully loaded RC-F with carbon package, no 'L' shaped headlights. Looks like projector headlights. Most likely, Lexus will not put those 'L' shaped LEDs into production.

That would be a huge disappointment. And likely make me question a 2015.

Also, why so many empty switch plates on the lower left. 6 holes for 2 switches!! Is it even possible to fill 6 slots? Hopefully that is one of 1% that will change in production.

All the documentation I have is tentative for pricing / optional...

But seriously why would you even think that it won't make it into production !?

Of course it will..!!!

Again of course the LED Lamps will be available..!!

The problem will be if it will be packaged & built into options you want....

There will be low qty's of base / full specd cars... Here is another RC F with more holes filled in for you...

Another closer look at Liquid Platinum (photoshopped)

Not feeling these wheels at all plus the offsets and ride height are HORRIBLE!

WHY do the rear brakes look so small???
