Staggered Setup Question
So i recently bought some tires and wheels and I have been looking for a shop to have them installed.
So far, The estimates i have gotten is 25 a piece for the mounting and balancing. and an additional 25 a piece for the sensors.
So looking for 200 for the total cost.
Then, I called another job and they told me they would not do it because I am running a staggered setup on a all wheel drive and that if they do it, this is a liability issue.
has anyone have any issues running a staggered setup on a all wheel drive RC?
Thanks

What setup are you looking at? If you're changing the width / offset of the rear tires, then you *should* be fine. If you're changing the diameter, then definitely no. Don't do it. You will mess up your center diff

Rear ones are 19 x 9.5 with 38 offset. Tires. 265/35/19.
Saw a couple guys in earlier threads running a similar setup and at least one of them had a awd so wanted to double check. thanks for the input.

I have done this to my AWD... I used wheels off the RCF, I spent hours on Tire Racks website to determine the diameters of the stagger ( Front to rear ). Although tire manufacturers sizes are the same there diameters differ slightly. I settled on continentals, Tire Rack had to shave the front tires to match the same circumference of the rear tires. I've been running the set up for 25,000 miles with no issues.
