Default 2017 RC350 AWD need help on springs and wheel offset

I just recently bought 2017 RC350 AWD and first time lexus owner. i was BMW owner and fell inlove with lexus rc350. Anyway, i am planning to drop this and not sure if i should do springs or coilover..if i do springs, would it get rid off annoying gap between fender and wheels? or i should get coilover so no gap at all and it wont rub...if i do coilover, would i mess up the factory setup like the s sports, sports options? also, for wheels, i am thinking 21 inch..would anyone recommend 21 or 20? 21 would be too big? or 20 is peerfect and it will look nice and clean? please help..thanks in advance

Is this a daily driver?
Do you care about dampening adjustments?
Do you care about height adjustment?

The dampening adjustments will allow you to make the ride stiffer or softer depending on your likes. It sounds like coilovers would be beneficial predominately for the height adjustments. With coilovers you are not limited to one set drop like you are with lowering springs.

thanks for that...and i get the advantage of coils but was just wondering if there is a spring that will do the justice like totally no gap between fender and the wheels..i would assume no springs would do that as most springs can lower is 1.5 inch... if doing coil over, does it eliminate the s sport or s+ sports. meaning, if i put it on the s+ sport mode, will it work still if i do coil over or that will totally be useless now and will have the adjustment on the coilovers manually? also, wheels offset of rcf is same inn 350? thanks for the help and appreciate it

Congrats on the purchase!

20" will be your best option for daily and look wise it looks more proportional.

If you run the coils yes it will delete your S plus options but honestly you wouldn't even care once you put it on. Just imagine this, when your on coils you no longer need any of the options because you can manually control your dampening. My first choice on coils will be RSR, made in Japan very high quality coils.

In regards to wheel size. I would run 20x9/10.5 245/30/20 front 275/30/20 rear.

Please DM with any questions.

thanks a lot man..i appreciate it. but would springs do any justice on the gap between the fender? wouldd it be good enough drop to remove the gap? what yu think of the srpings lexus offer for f sport? is that any good? or it will be still high enough. also, if springs, S + sports will still be available or that will be gone too?

Springs would lower the car and fill the gap to an extent... however there only going to be at a specific interval and that's it. So does 1.5" fill the gap enough for you? That's only a question you can answer.
