To Roof Wrap or Not to Roof Wrap an Infrared
Hey there! I'm torn between wrapping my RC's roof in black gloss or NOT?! My RC is infrared and the color alone is outstanding so I'm not really sure if wrapping the roof in gloss black would make it look better or not. I think roof wrap looks really good on other exterior colors such as the white & atomic silver. I've had the atomic silver IS before and the roof wrap looks awesome! I'm just not sure if it will look as good on an infrared?
If you guys happens to have photos of infrared RCs with roof wrap that would be of great help. I've been trying to look online but didn't find much infrared with roof wraps.
Thanks!

I vote no, and I have an infrared also. Besides, the roof runs right into the rear deck and down the sides - where would you stop the roof wrap?
Leave the roof alone. Have the calipers powder-coated instead, or add some wheels, or just ride along with the design team at one of the most successful car companies in the world.

Agree with the two previous post^ only if you are adding more black to the car.
I wrapped my roof on my USB RC, i also got all the chrome from front grill, door trim, and rear spoiler wrapped and my wheels i'll be purchasing soon will be also black.

I don't know. i don't really like "gloss" wraps especially on large surfaces like a roof panel. tends to look low quality/cheap etc. Like a tuner integra from the 90s. my opinion

How much longer are you planning on sticking with the stock rims? Imo you should still blackout the side trim. Would still look better than the chrome. But thats just me.

I am definitely considering blacking out the side window trims. I'll probably do it along with roof. Thanks for the inputs, I really appreciate it!
