Anyone try this aftermarket trunk spoiler from ebay?

The Bolts and gasket and all that stuff come in a little bag.
It honestly does not seem any different than the OEM one. The fit was perfect. I avoided the drilling because if i want to remove this later in the future, i can try to remove it (hopefully without pulling the paint.). But It looks great, fits perfectly and I didn't change the springs. I closed and opened the trunk without issues. I tried to remove it after I had put it on and it's not coming off lol. I would say go for it.

Outstanding! That's even better news the bolts come in a bag and not on the spoiler. I saw some other thread about an OEM spoiler that the bolts had to be ripped out, for those of us that didn't want to drill holes. As long as they do have my color, it's on! Thanks again.

I just got mine but haven't had a chance to look at it during the day. The color at night looks spot on.
Is it the spoilerandwingking one? Did you use actual 3M or the tape they provided?

I used actual 3M. Bought it from Advance Auto Parts. Seems to be hanging pretty well. I cleaned it with alcohol and cleaned use a blow dryer to heat the surface before putting the 3M on.

3M holds great. I concur about the cleaning both surfaces with isopropyl alcohol and heating the tape with a hair dryer or heat gun just before applying it. You can 1 up it with 3M adhesive promoter. It makes it extra sticky. I used all the mentioned when I installed my Wald spoiler on my IS. That things solid! Way heavier than this spoiler.

Just installed mine today. Did a wash, rubbing alcohol, 3 strips of 3M. Paint matches nicely!

I messed up on mine. I put the 3M all around it. So now, on one of my ends, if you peek under neat, you can see the 3M. Not a biggie, but just annoying.

Received mine a couple weeks ago and finally got to install it yesterday. I am very impressed by the quality and finish of it. The paint I would say is 99% match but not noticeably different at all. Very happy with it. I did the 3M method only without drilling. Used my own purchased 3M adhesive grey tape. Its at least twice the thickness of the provided tape. I also used 3M adhesive promoter on the surface prior to the install which made it extremely sticky and I heated up the tape with a heat gun prior to install. That sucker isn't going anywhere.
