Default What is your car's MPG?

Hey guys,

RC300 AWD here, so far love it very much. But MPG is rather disappointing. I am getting 17-18. Mostly less than 30 minute trip each time.

I am wondering what MPG you guys are getting?

Also it seems ECO mode is pretty useless. Do you use ECO mode? notice any difference ? It seems ECO mode doesn't affect my car's MPG at all. Any ideas?

Less than 30 minutes? The length of the trip has no relevance to miles per gallon. Speed, road type, acceleration, etc are the factors that effect MPG. I'm getting about 19 in the city, 22 or 23 on the highway while driving generally around 75. When the car was new, I did a 2,000 mile trip, almost exclusively highway travel from city to city, and my MPG, from actual fuel measurements, not the car's computer, ranged from 24 to 25.5.
Also, this topic has been discussed endlessly on other threads in this forum, so there is a lot of data available to you here.

Your driving skills are probably fine. If you want more MPG, buy a Mini.

Oh btw I drive normal too, none of those lead foot stomping, or traffic light launch either. When the lead foot kick in I'll get 14-16mpg

35.6 MPG This is 80% in Normal, 20% in Sport.
Probably one of the few with an RC300h F Sport on this forum...

RC350 F-Sport with CAI - 22.5 MPG - 80% highway / 20% city. Drive mostly in Sport+ in manual mode, at 70 mph the tach is at 1800 rpm in Sport+ and 8th gear. In Sport+ in full auto mode at the same 70 mph the tach is at 2500 rpm. The lower the tach rpm the higher the mpg.

Default 4.5 Hour Road Trip

Drove from Atlanta, GA to Charleston, SC (300mile trip) in my RC350 RWD and averaged 24.9 MPG while averaging 76 miles per hour on the trip. Not too shabby.

Im sure there is some info on this somewhere but does driving it in sport + mode in manual any different than it being in normal or sport?
Does it drive any different in manual being in a different mode?
You're controlling the gears in manual mode why would it make a difference if it was in sport or sport+
