Default Edelbrock supercharger for Toyota 3.5 -V6?

Ok so the new Lotus Evora 400 is going to have a Toyota 3.5-litre V6 engine, that makes 400-horsepower using a Edelbrock supercharger. Hmm makes a person wonder????

The Evora S has been using a Toyota sourced 2GR-FE motor with a supercharger for quite some time (Known as the 2GR-FZE). There might be issues installing the supercharger used on the Evora S and Evora 400 to the RC350 being that the 2GR motor on the Lotus is transverse mounted.

RR Racing has expressed interest in developing a supercharger for the 2GR-FSE if there's enough demand for it. Feel free to make your voice heard in their vendor product thread:

Does anyone know if the previous superchargers from TRD/Toyota and used on the 3.5 (2GR-FE) motor were Edelbrock sourced units? If Edelbrock has now just developed this, the conversion to make this an aftermarket kit, wouldn't be too far of a stretch?, maybe?

I don't know how reliable or efficient this kit would be but I'm definitely interested to see if it's possible. There's just something about this car that I like more than the RCF. Just wish it was a 600hp TT..that's all.

Stillen is also hard at work developing a supercharger kit for the 3IS350 which would essentially be a direct bolt on to the RC350 once that project is complete.

The issue with trying to use the blower from a 2GR-FE on a 2GR-FSE is the motors are very different. A blower on the 2GR-FE will be set up for transverse orientation. Also, the tuning and ECU are completely different.
