Yes, the decals are on top of the vinyl sticker. Just make sure to to wipe the vinyl with alcohol before applying the decal. Obviously applying the decal to any oil or dirt would not be good. Then apply the VHT Clear brake caliper spray over the sticker + vinyl to give the finishing touch.

Not sure if Ikonwraps went out of business or what but almost all of their social media links including their website have been taken down lol. Do you by any chance have any recommendation on where to get the vinyl?

*** I got 2x4' (I got extra since I never installed vinyl before and expected to make mistakes). 2x2' is likely all you need if you're experienced installing vinyl ***

Lexus Brake Caliper Decal
Ebay: Just search for Lexus Brake Decal. After you've applied the decal, just give a quick coat of the VHT SP730 clear coat of the decal and vinyl. Dont go too crazy with it. A light coating is all ya need

This is my shopping list. Enjoy!

Meant to post this sooner but yes it will hold up with the heat. Mine endured cold and a summer and a few hand car washes for some time now. I'm attaching a video of what it looks like at night when a little light is applied...it looks great. I am using the 3M wrap and it was very excellent quality.

Daytime(while car was still raised and I just got done with one)

Aicrotary2, dont forget to thoroughly clean (alcohol) your calipers, take your time installing the film, and have fun. When you get a chance, show us all some pictures after the install!

The clearcoat is just taking that extra step to make sure the Lexus vinyl logo sticker stays in place while adding a layer of protection to keep brake dust and dirt from bonding to the vinyl logo sticker. I pressure wash my car with a foam cannon and my dirty calipers are bright and shiny again after being pressure washed. I think you can skip the clearcoat, but your logo sticker may begin to look dirty overtime. Or, I could be just paranoid and added the clearcoat without any need. Either way, for ~$15 its a low risk - high reward type of scenario for me. Good Luck again on the install aicrotary2!

I have it on my brake calipers. Wrap is much better looking than paint.
