Default LEMS Air Intake

Guys i was just researching for an Exhaust system and i was pretty much sure to go for Takeda intake system but then a friend of mine suggested me to go for something that corresponds to the sound generator that exists in our RC..

LEMS Air intake from Japan...

Can anyone share some light on this product?? Has anyone who had 2nd gen IS use this.. pros or cons ???

Thanks in advance ..

Looks like a nice system, but it is not a CAI as it goes between the Stock Air Cleaner and the throttle body according to the images. Just an FYI, not all RC's have the sound generator.

Have you listened to what the Takeda sounds like from my post? It is quite awesome, and functional too.

It is literally a colored replacement for the factory tube with less friction. But the minimal gains may be canceled out or worsened than factory plastic because of the tube heating up

Hey GearHead, just curious which RC do not have the sounder generator? Do you feel the Takeda could be better if it was revised to hook into the sound generator?

Hi SpeedRcr,

I have the RC350 with F-Sport options and mine doesn't have it as I don't have the Luxury Package or which ever package had it included. I couldn't answer that question as I don't know how much sound is fed back into the cabin with the sound generator. I think if Takeda modified their intake to work with the sound generator you wouldn't get the same sound or effect.

If you have the sound generator on your car, and you listened to my Takeda Sound clip, which one sounds better to you?
