If the MSRP is $47,328 then it sounds like its a base model

The amount you quote more, is not chicken feed.

IMO, if you can swing $55k you can swing $68k. But if you need something year round and you live where there is winter, than the F is not for you.

The RC is nice, looks really nice at night actually

If you most of the time just driving by yourself or one more passenger that will be great car, back seats are just for display and lower down insurance, but at least the seat can be folded

RC F is really not practical and if your town has bumpy road, you will feel it, it is not bad but the standard one is more comfortable, and if you compare to M4, that is really really really comfortable LOL (was planned to get the RCF until realize can't fold)

It should be a base RC maybe with Nav and luxury package loaded, usually that is the common load up dealer get

MSRP for F sport start at $49K

Get more information from the sales about the load up first, then if there is a different dealership in town, check with others, then you can bring the price to negotiate (make sure the second or third dealer ain't own by same owner like in Vegas LOL) But still, maybe the other dealer need the sales and can give you better deal

Don't listen to salesman when they said it is hard LOL It is not limited production, they can always locate one or trade with other dealer, it just the matter of if they willing to do or not

For a special order car longest is 120 days, but usually you should be able to get it in 30-60 days if that is not a new release model or some strange configurations. They are stamping out car every minute especially on more popular model like IS, ES & RC; the RX i remember is every 30-40 seconds

But if they find one that you like and in budget that is great, make sure check with them it is not a demo car, mine come with 120 miles which is for sure demo purpose. F sport looks a lot better than standard, you will like it
