There are companies that make speaker adapters. I will be checking the bolt circle this weekend to see what will fit. No clue yet how to take the rear quarter panels out.

All is still quiet, did the other door last night, took measurements for the speakers.
Factory speaker with frame: 7 5/8"
Factory bolt circle: 9 5/8"
Factory metal cutout circle: 7 7/8"
Depth until hit lowered window: 2 3/4" at the top 120 degree of the cutout circle
