How is your Playa interior wearing?
Wondering if you guys are happy with your RC's Playa interior? Have seen a few at the dealerships and they always have dirty marks on them but is this your experience too?

I've had mine for only about a month so I can't really comment on mine personally....the RC they had on display at the Philly Auto show had playa interior and it was really filthy...of course this was under extreme circumstances...my opinion is that playa is one of those colors that is eye catching and different...a characteristic you pay for with perhaps a bit more frequent cleanings or quick wipe downs every so often...

I've had mine for 11 months and had no problems with looking dirty. I did have a problem where the bolster had a defect where the surface came off from sliding into the seat. Lexus replaced the seat cover as a good will gesture.

I'm very careful and wary of the NuLux now so I set my seat memory 3 to move the seat all the way back and tilt the seat back so the bolster isn't touched getting in or out.

It took them 2 weeks to decide they would replace it, but since this was my 5th Lexus, they "good willed" it. I was just sick about the whole deal. The color coating couldn't have been 1/64" thick. They would not admit it was too thin to survive normal wear and tear and would not disclose it's design thickness. Declared the design thickness was a corporate secret. Now that you know, be careful sliding in and out

At any rate, sounds like a fabric/materials issue, not a color issue.
