Tinted Windows and Blind Spot Warning Light
I am planning on tinting my windows either 5% or 15%, but I am a bit concerned that I will not be able to see the Blind Spot Warning Indicator in the side view mirror afterwards. Can anyone please share their window tint % and how if it affects the visibility of the Indicator Light?

What is this rumor or connection I am hearing with when tinting a car, it malfunctions the TPM (Tire Pressure Monitoring System)? I decided to go with wrapping the front grill's chrome and bottom lip gloss black, but I'm still weary of doing a tint and am worried of the process and or if something will be ruined .....I want to go with a 35% all around to keep it classy.

Pole Position
There are different types of tints (metallic, ceramic, and others). I believe that it is possible to have signal problems with the metallic tints. However, I have 5% metallics on four of my cars and have no issues at all.

I've had ceramic tint, only because it was already in the car when I bought it. It caused no issues other than being overpriced. I have been sold on the idea that ceramic tint keeps out heat from the sun far more efficiently than non-ceramic tint. Living in the sun belt that sounded very good. In my experience with ceramic vs. non-ceramic tints I found absolutely NO difference in heat reduction inside the car. Again, the only difference was cost, which is much more for ceramic tint. To those considering tint, don't be fooled by this salesmanship, save your money.

Alright, good to know. Hopefully there won't be any issues. Thanks for your feedback, it's greatly appreciated.

I'm talking about keeping the look of the car clean and classy and imo, 35% is just right!....believe it or not, I got stopped and got a "fix it" in my old car one time and I had 35 all around. Took it off, got signed off, and re-applied it again cause that s*** was ridiculous! It's tough out here in Cali, not sure where you're from, but it is tight here...recently on FB, our local Police Dept. put up a post about it being a week of patrol dedicated to stopping and catching cars with illegal window tint....

As an FYI, 35% means that it is not very dark at all. The smaller the number the darker the tint.
Here is a explanation in case you don't think I'm telling the truth.
