Hmm, 49k sticker seems like it might be missing a couple things? Just make sure it has everything you want! Did you find out if they have any better incentives for may? The deal seems okay, I think it's almost on par with what I got? I mean I have a broker if you'd like to see if he can beat it for you? They are free of charge, but if you're okay with those numbers then I would go ahead with it! Just don't forget to also ask for whatever little goodies you want free if you want before closing your deal lol... (all weather floor mats, tint...etc.)
Thanks!

I posted this in the price paid as well. Trying to decide on an early buyout on my leased IS250, that is up in November. Lexus is offering to forgive/pay off the last 3 payments. The dealer has a 2016 RC200t F Sport, sticker is
around $49,500 and they have quoted a 36 month lease with $2,500 cash due, 12k miles per year and a payment of $507.00 per month. They tell me that they are giving me $3k off of sticker plus the $1,500 Lexus incentive
and free first payment. Does this sound like a decent deal or do you think I can do better? I feel like I might need to do something during the golden opportunity sale because there probably won't be another chance for decent
deals before my lease is up.

im in fl too, i live in naples, I got my 2016 rc200t f sport down to $43k, but then with fees it was all in over $45.5k, so Like OUT THE DOOR PRICE (say that) $45.5k, try to go lower , because this was 5 months ago for me, always go discuss the out the door price. i don't mean to offend anyone on this board, but yes car salesman are malicious. also take your time with the purchase. they can always ship another car to the dealership if they sell the one u want, just tryna save u money. good luck and let us know how you do.

Lexus Champion
That sounds about like the deal I am being offered, this car is right at $50k in price and they took over $5k off plus the Lexus incentives totaling $2k but once you add the fees back in You are back at about $44,400.00. I think what is driving up the payment is the residual percentage only being 57% :-/ The money factor equaled about 2.64% interest on the lease.

^ if thats the case go to the one in melbourne, definitely go to another dealership and get a quote. then compare.

It is not from Lexus of Orlando, it is in Southwest Florida. I think I am going to see if they can come off of the money down requirement. They are giving me $5,124.00 off of the car on top of the $2000 from Lexus. The money factor is .00110 and the residual is 57% (which is the bad part but I am guessing that is set by Lexus.) I am not sure if there is more wiggle room, this was the first deal they offered me.
