My lease deal for the "F-Sport":

$3,000 down
24 month's/10,000 miles a year/$399 including tax
added the excess wear and tear for $475 (which finance manager said he greatly discounted), so with that I'm at $428 a month.

The residual stated is $38,xxx my msrp was very close to a little over $54,xxx. I have pretty much all the extra options.....fog lights, special amp for the audio system, Lexus illuminated door sills.... we'll see what happens. Currently I have 600 miles on mine after two months of ownership. I should be close to 1,600 miles according to 10,000 a year calculation broken down Did I get a pretty sound deal? Pay off is $45,xxx so I got a substantial discount. I negotiate seriously All my friends tell me I got one hell of a deal!
without knowing all details it is difficult to say. With the information provided looks like your cap. cost was around $49k. you should have applied the 3k as an MSD rather than a downpayment like previous poster said

Hmmm... You don't say. To be honest, the MF was not discussed or brought up and I'm not too sure where to find that on the contract. It all just seemed like an all around good deal, that's why I went for it. I'm a first time lessee, so the language and numbers in contract don't really make sense to me. Do you think you can help me understand everything? I can pull out my contract and provide the numbers....

I can look up the cap cost. It just seemed like the only option given to me was putting the 3k down and them making it sound like that was to acquire the car. The cost for all the fees, first month's payment, etc. There was never any mention about a MSD, but a mention that I will have some sort of equity in the end....now I'm having second thoughts about what they pulled over me, because I know the dealership will always come out on top and it's always a loss for the consumer, you know? Being a first time lessee, the number's looked good and attractive and it was something I could budget in.

I brought up MSD and they said it wasn't available.

MF was .00090 for the RC and .00024 for the Q60.

The RC coupe is very smooth ride for a sports coupe on 19's. I Test drove a Q60 the same day.

Greetings all....

Just leased an Infrared RC350 F-Sport fully loaded (ML Sound/Blind Spot/Cross Traffic/Park Assist/Sun Roof)

MSRP was 53k
2k down (included first months payment)
24 month lease
10k miles per year
payment is $439 per month which includes tax

I was quoted the same terms for the non F-Sport model (with Nav) for $389 tax included, but couldn't resist the extra goodies, so I went with the F-Sport.

Negotiated price was $47,565. The best part was, I really didn't have to negotiate. One email sealed the deal. I'll never lease a car another way.

You can get that same deal with $2000 down.
Is this thru a broker or dealer?

This is lease? and this is with maintenance included? where are you in VA? I am @ Alexandria, VA location.

Mine was AWD, F Spot - Came with Sun roof, Fog lights, etc (without M/L sound system)
12k/36 month contract, with maintenance included, put $3k down and pay around $640 a month.
MSRP might have been around 57/58k

Yes it is a lease. Why would you buy maintenance if it's a lease? I wouldn't if i were you.

How much did they quote you before maintenance? Only thing I got extra was tire/wheel insurance which was quoted 980 or 890 initially, I refused, then they lowered it to 500.
