24 months / 12k miles
$359 a month after tax

I'm looking a getting a new lease, and like everyone, want the best deal. Please post up your deal to help us compare and see where you stack up!!

Please post information including -

Length of term?
Number of miles per year?
Multiple security deposits?
Residual %?
Money factor?
**Which dealership??

Here's the best I could find from another member...

$6000 off msrp on one of their RC350 F sport just with sunroof and accessories pkg msrp of $49196

So with $6000 discount, $1000 new grad incentive, $500 drive off, 9 x MSDs for 15k/27mo Residual at 68%
My monthly payment came out to be 399.78 with 9% los angeles tax included

My main goal was to get my payment near flat $400with minimum or no money out of pocket for 15k/yr since i drive a lot
so i guess it has been achieved
Due at signing $4100 im getting back $3600 when the lease is up

Thanks!!!

So I used your guidelines to help make my negotiations. Here's what I got... but haven't pulled the trigger yet on it.
Its a tad over 7K off MSRP.

Payment Details
Term 24
Base Payment $330.11
Total Payment $359.00
Purchase Option $37,387.89
MSRP $52,659.00
Est. Miles Per Year 12,000
Disposition Fee $350.00
Excess Mileage Charge 0.25
1st Month Payment $359.00
Security Deposits $3,375.00
Fees & Insurance $514.75
Upfront Taxes $94.50
Total Inception Fees $4,343.25
Rebate as Cap Reduction $1,000.00
Total Drive Off $5,343.25
Total Cash Required on Delivery $4,343.25

Total drive off is way to much. Try to get a quote from a broker with the same terms don't mention any drive off/down payment. You can do way better. Also, whats the residual value?

Total drive off includes 9 MSD totaling $3375 which you get back at end of lease term. so technically its $968.25.

Residual purchase option listed.

$449 a month
$1600 down including fees

Any opinions?
I'm assuming the $53,300 is the MSRP. What is the sell price the dealer is basing your payment on, how much off MSRP? Do you know what the residual is and money factor?

I'm guessing tax isn't included, so if you roll the tax in the payment your payment will be close to $490. I used the NYC tax rate of 8.875%, of course it will vary depending on where you live.

You guy's know "complimentary" first months payment is bogus? You're actually paying for it, you can see it in the breakdown of numbers.....

hey guys so I wanted to post my deal, i signed it but apparently after having leasee's remorse I went around to other dealers with my deal and they told me that my residual was wrong and that should technically alter my monthly payments and actually make them lower so I need to get back with the dealer when i go pick up my car.

Rc350 54k
f sport
mark levinson/nav
variable grs
moon
dynamic radar
demo with 6700 miles

sell price
45,618
3 yr lease 36k miles
residual 32,693

monthly payments 398.45
put down ttl=3k

apparently they put my residual for a 15k mile lease instead of 12k. that should technically make my lease 330ish right?

Thanks in advance

Not sure how much your monthly payment would be lowered, but it would be significant. I would definitely have the figures redone on the paperwork, while you're inspecting the car and have driven it, before you give them any funds.

Thanks. I believe I'm going to back out, the moonroof didn't close so they are fixing it And I have no idea about the condition of the tires so ill see if I can do 500 down with tax credit on a new vehicle, even if I have to wait until december.

Considering a lease - this would be my first lease and my first Lexus. Anyone have any thoughts?

Ultra White RC350 AWD F-Sport
MSRP: $53,625
-$5,200 Discount
-$1,000 Rebate
+$195 Doc Fee
Total Negotiated Sale Price: $47,620

36 Month Term
12k/year
$497 monthly payment (includes 7.113% sales tax)
$500 cash down
7 MSD @ $3687 (They wouldn't let me go for 8 or 9 saying it would make my MF 0, and I think they hadn't rounded yet)
$96 tag and title
$195 doc fee
First payment is covered by Lexus (I assume this means its just split over the other 35 payments though)

They quoted me a 62% residual if I heard correctly - Not listed on my worksheet which is as far as we got. There is also a $700 lease acquisition fee but I am not sure if it is priced in already or if that is a due at signing cost.

Hey guys, I'm going to be doing my first lease and my first lexus and just had a question that I haven't been able to find on the forums. When I am emailing different dealers for information should be basically finding out the MSRP of the car that i want? Or should the email right from the start ask them for the MSRP, MF, selling price residual and etc. Anyone help would be great

hey guys just got my rc350 yesterday

Rc350-F sport black on black
nav, moonroof, cargo and carpet, parking sensor
msrp:51900
selling price 45K
tax+dealer fees=3697
adjusted cap: 48697
2k rebate: 1k for rc350 split into 2 500$ rebates and 1k for conquest
3k down
adjusted cap cost: 43697.75
residual: 32226.36
mf:.0006
rent charge: 1639.80
monthly: 364.20

What do you guys think? really wanted mark levinson but no black on blacks available and the price was getting about 60 bucks higher and wanted to keep the monthly lower.

also found out there is tax credit if you do a one pay lease, will save you about 2700 so you would just need to pay the dealer fees on the total cost of the lease. Its something I couldn't do but hopefully any of yall looking for an extra savings with lots of cash on hand can do.

You can do better! that payment is high with that much in MSD.
I am at 330 a month 360 with tax and I put 9 security deposits for a total of 3375. I think you can get that sales price to about 45k to 45500
