Brag about your lease deal! How does yours stack up?

More off the price of the car. Don't let them tell you anything different... Lexus wants these 2015s moved... if they are a big dealership that sells a lot of cars, they will come off.

IS 250 RWD F Sport
Hi all,
Does this seem like a good deal? I might close this weekend. 2 different dealerships are offering me pretty much the same deal.
2015 IS 250 F Sport package
No Nav
MSRP $42,653
Negotiated down to $37,645
Total (after taxes, other fees)--$41,526
$0 down
36 months/ 13 k mi
Monthly payment of $430
Let me know if you need more info. Only reason I think it's high is because when all is said and done
I'm still getting a car that is being replaced by a newer model and without Nav.

This is an RC forum Crystal btw you might have better luck posting it in the IS forums. The deal seems okay not great. What dealership is this in Ca?

That $2500 is a waste. Your car gets flooded, totaled, etc. you are out $2500. Also 1st month payment is picked up by lexus, that is the deal they have right now... so you should just SIGN and DRIVE. That is what I am doing.
If you add that $2500 / 24 months = $104 a month. $340 + 104 = $444 a month. Its the same thing as if you put that $2500 in a separate checking account and pulled out $104 a month for it... that would be wiser if you want it to look like you are paying less.
What is MSRP of car $52,659? Thats a bogus term they are using "market value price".. LOL..
Get me MSRP.
Right now - I am at a sign and drive, $54,404 MSRP. $489 month for 24 mo and 12k year. Id save about 12 bux a month if i went down to 10K, so $477 for 10K... your price is $33 less, but if your MSRP is $52,659 and I am at $54,404, you could still do better than your deal. Plus you are putting that money down for MSDs... I am not... I am getting the standard MF, .00090 which is the lowest lexus has for august rates.
Its a great deal for sure, but you should get them down another $25-35 a month for sure. The deal you have is still better than 97% of the rest of the people getting these cars.

Ack sorry didn't notice the RC title. So many threads and I think I was just tired from reading fine print all week. I'll repost. FWIW Cerritos and Ontario. Longo not giving quotes through phone/email but was trying to avoid them since I had a terrible experience there a while back.

Are you set on getting an IS?

Yeah. Originally I was in the market for just an IS 250 with a back up camera. I was offered a decent deal $410 a month total, $0 down. But I thought it should've been less than $400 IMO. And I just thought the F Sport looked nicer lol.
It seems like the dealers are refusing to acknowledge that the IS 250 doesn't exist in the 2016 line up.
I'm honestly thinking of waiting it out with my ancient 2004 IS 300 (lol) until I get a better offer from....somewhere!

My Lease Deal
Selling price = 4.5% discount ($2,471) off $54,334 MSRP
Residual = 61%
Money factor = .009
15K miles/year for 36 months
$5,000 cap cost reduction
No security deposit or first month's payment
Month lease payment = $538.01
Prepaid maintenance included. Leased from suburban Chicago dealer. Illinois changed sales on vehicle leases on 1/1/15 but they still change more than most other states. In this case, $1786.

Rc350 lease
I am considering signing tomorrow. 2015 Rc 350 f-sport
Msrp $52,335
Disc. $6235.00
Bal. $46,000
$1500 total drive off including first payment. $448.66 x 24 months. 10k miles a year.
Not planning on adding anything in finance. I'm gonna try to grind a little more out at the dealership. We'll see how it goes!

I would shoot for $465-475 a month and be ready to sign. You can still save on top of the $590 with 1000 down 100%

With the $1000 down, that drops payment roughly 24 dollars... If I was at $489 on a 54,400 msrp car your payment if you giving them $1000 up front, should be no more than $465 a month.

Looks like it's a little too high. I'm flying down to SoCal tomorrow. Maybe we can meet up and buy at the same dealership with a better deal for both of us. Let me know I'll be there in there tomorrow morning
