This is the best sounding RC 350 ive heard yet, just a simple muffler delete. This is the setup i want.

I'm the owner of this RC and no, there are no issues with taking it to Lexus service without mufflers. I have down so twice already and no issues. The only thing that the Lexus folks mention is that it sounds like it looks. Nothing but compliments.

I took my mufflers off today...for about 10 minutes...seriously, do you want it to sound like a backyard commodore (not sure what to compare it to outside of Australia). yeah sure, while full noise sounds good, the rest is beyond bad.
The only answer is a tried and tested system I think.

So I went with a slightly different configuration than Muffler Delete. Just removed the mufflers and replaced them with Magnaflow PN: 11366 $350.00 Total Install.
Strait through design:
With a slight S curve:
11366:
EOM next to Magnaflow:
Cut-Off /Weld-On point: ($40.00 to replace OEM Exhaust if needed)
No Muffler Sound Clip:
Almost Completed:
Final result Sound Clip:
Overall I love it. Not as loud as open pipe, but has a slight drone uphill at low RPM.
The coolest thing about it is when I downshift it is near silent with a slight growl rather than a loud winning sound as from OEM.

Researched and considered the common leading brands and chose Magnaflow for several reasons:
These were a great size match for our model.
They are strait-thru design, to retain some volume. As most others have internal chambers, fins, or baffling and often loss of volume as a result.
Reasonably priced, with a reputation for quality.
Very happy with the mod.

Gahh I can't honestly deciede on a muffler delete or the Joe Z Axleback Exhaust
I like the burnt tips that are shows on the ARK exhaust. Is there a way to burn the Joe Z exhaust tips?

I am so F'ing happy with it, it makes me sick.
I custom made one so my lease is easy to change back.
Bought a stock axleback from an IS350 for $100 shipped, then bought tips (mine were $100 shipped for quad tips) -- You can CHOOSE burnt tips if you prefer like you said, there is a thread in here or this thread with links to burnt tips... I chose the 4" tips as they fill the back nicely. and then piping materials and install labor was another $250... so $450 for everything and car sounds BAD ***. No drone on highway, and perfect volume. I have Fsport exhaust on 2015 IS 350 and its way too quiet, Joe Z is similar.
When car goes back, I take this custom axleback exhaust off, and put stock one on, and I will sell it here. I know I will get my entire $450 back too because its a bolt on solution once I take off and sell it.

I think I may go with the muffler delete option. So many people that has done the muffler delete has love the sound so far.
