I found a cool animated gif recently (see sig), only it was a tad too big.
I found www.gifworks.com and it rocks because you can rework your gif through their interface, then resave it. Friggin cool, since I haven't found a way to resize the gif in PS without loosing the animation.
Just thought it might be useful to someone else. Maybe you guys already now about it.
