General photoshop questions
This is for Future or anybody else that may know.When i am "zoomed" in and using the polygon lasso tool I find that when I get to the edge of the screen and hit it with the tool it scrolls the screen that direction VERY fast, I can get around it by just bumping the cursor against the edge but I am wondering is there a setting in preferances somewhere that will allow me to adjust the speed of this scrolling?

What would using the pen tool change?
