Default file size reduction

I'm having issues making these meet the 19.5 criteria without losing quality. You can see the difference in my sig.

Any help via tips on how to keep the size down is much appreciated.

http://www.rw-designer.com/picture-resize

that's the program i use to resize pics to meet max file size limits. it compresses better than photoshop while maintaining the same level of detail.

you can set the percentage compression, and it maintains 95% of the detail without introductin more grain.

example

That's for winblows, I'm a Mac.

Tanks for resizing these guys, but I actually want to know how to use the better programs to get the effect. I have CS4, Aperture, Lightroom, etc....... Anything Mac and expensive I have. Just need some help learning compression.

Sorry I did not properly read your post. I thought you were requesting someone do it for you. I need to slow down and read better sometimes.

Sorry, I'm a PC.

I know, I am going to start a war in your thread. Sorry.

You won't start anything...... nearly the entire professional audio/video/media world uses MAC, so I'm not the odd man out here. I got the right tool for the job, just need some guidance.
