Rims, Headlights & Tint Request
I know this isn't a lexus but you guys are the best at this!
I have a 01 5 speed civic that I thought about doing some mods to. Can you guys Add these Rims or something very similar to them?:

And Tint the windows please

Those rims look great on the EP's. Those headlights, dude DO NOT waste your money.
The term you get what you pay for applies here. I would suggest going with headlights made by the firm called 'DEPO' those are the best 'inexpensive' light you can buy. Buddy has had a set of the DEPO made lights on his Audi and they have lasted for 1.5 years and look like new with ZERO issues [like below].

Well the ones you posted a ****e! Seriously. I used to work in a body shop and laugh each time i saw someone show up with those kinds of lights. Not that the style is 'ugly' but they are REALLY poorly made!
After a couple of months, they would get hazy [cheap plastic/yellow out], would start to condensate and ultimately leak!!! [cheap seals]
Stay away! It will save you time, money and frustration, btw, dealing with those sellers on eBay is a pain!
