argh! .gif resize signature and avatar! please
ok... so i have tried resizing my avatar and signature for the CL rules. but it keeps making the pics paused or black... please help

Yes i too would like to know about this, i have a gif avatar i'd like to use and i tried resizing, ul to here, ul to imageshack and nothing... Some ppl have working gif's, plz share the secret.

The problem you have with your gifs is that you are probably trying to use Photoshop or some other program that does not handle gifs so you get a still image with a transparent background which then gets transformed to black.
I fixed it but the problem on the first one was not only the image size but the file size as well. It has to be 48.8kb in order to be used on CL. To do that I had to remove some frames. You can't really tell that much. Besides the birds doing Mach 3. LOL. But there is nothing you can do.
On the second one file size again is the issue. It has to be 19kb.
