Exclamation photoshop masters please help!!

ok so real important for me...when u have a picture of rims...and they are slightly at an angle in a picture...how do u angle it back so there like straight at you...?

here like these.... ( PLEASE DONT DO IT FOR ME TAKE ME THRU STEPS IN PHOTOSHOP!!!!THANKS!!!)

Select the rim and Control + T and change the angle that way....BTW i wouldnt use the marque tool because its not only for newbs but you cant sometimes get the outside edges properly.
