JUST A QUESTION on PhotoShop!!
Can someone tell me what type of program was used for this and IF it is photoshop what effects are used for the animated look!!
The person said in his exact words "its a illustration its a drawing". Did he mean it was drawn out by had (which i doubt) or did a computer do it!!! Thanks
