Default Magnaflow Catback vs Invidia Q300 Catback?

Im currently deciding between these two for my IS 350 RWD. What comments can you guys make on them? I prefer a deeper tone to a raspy one. Is the drone bad? Iknow the invidia mufflers are pretty ugly but is it worth it for the sound?
