Lightbulb Muffler Delete IS300

Hi guys, I'm new to to the forums, but I have been lurking around for a while reading about all the stuff you do to your cars. I really want to do a muffler delete on my 2016 IS300. I know this causes a loss of back pressure but I want to know if this is substantial. I read on the other post that if I reduce the pipe diameter to 1.75 it'll help but I want to know if ill be regretting not having the stock power . I live in North NJ and muffler shops are quoting me at like 260(w/o tips) which sounds ridiculous to me. Also I'm a bit confused on finding tips on amazon that would fit on a 1.75 pipe, as most of them are like 2.5. If you guys could help me out a bit it would be really helpful.

TLDR:
Want to do a muffler delete, but is the is300 gonna get slower.
I need help/ expertise on tips to buy that are preferably on amazon because I have credit there XD
If you live in the North nj area and know a good muffler shop too that would be helpful.
