Default Help with P0137 After Mazzuri Headers

I installed Mazurri headers a little while back and managed to break the wiring on the Bank 2 Sensor 2, so I was throwing a P0057 for a while and FINALLY I got the time to change it out.. but now I get a P0137 Bank1 Sensor 2. I have the 90 degree o2 sims in but I'm still throwing codes. I used to get the P0057 immediately even after clearing it, but this one seems to stay off for about 40 miles then pops back up again. What could be wrong??

Thanks,
Matt

http://www.obd-codes.com/p0137

Seems like that O2 sensor might be on its way out.

Ooh, it could be a leak too. I've been thinking I have a leak but can't feel anything.

After running a data log on the downstream O2 sensors, I found out that Bank 2 is alternating in a waveform between .1 and 1 V but bank 1 is flat lining at .04 V. I assume this means that that sensor is just dead.

These headers were the only ones actually designed for the 250 right? If I wasn't in CA I would totally do it
