This is it, sits about 1/2 or 1" from the tire. Not sure if you can see it on the picture, it came as is.

Without seeing the strut, it's hard to say exactly what it is. Is it possibly written on the window sticker? Otherwise, I'd take off a wheel and look to see what spring and/or strut is installed.

It would be on the window sticker. Or why don't you take an easy route and call and ask..................

Should be on the dealer window sticker or an additional window sticker!

Looks good. Once you figure it out, can you post what mods were put on?

Take a look at the springs. Blue is F-sport; green is Tein and red is RSR

Looks like a vinyl carbon wrap on the roof and rear spoiler with factory 19"s. I agree its nice but like with most dealerships ad on stuff you've probably paid a premium for all those goodies.

Would a Lexus dealer really install aftermarket springs?

I think the OP may mean, what company does Lexus outsource their blue "F-Sport" spring line to. (CT/IS/etc)

I doubt Lexus makes their springs in house.

That looks like a mild drop - similar to mine. Wonder if they put in RSR Half Downs? Mine are black as well...if you take the wheel off, you can see the RSR logo on the upper part of the spring pretty easily.
