Stock 2015 IS250 F-Sport
Currently all stock and I need to know any mods that I can add for significant power gains
If I had a choice I would've just bought a 350 but I bought it repairable write-off from an auction and fixed her up

Bolt-ons (intake + exhaust) will add something to the tune of 6-10hp. Headers possibly moreso (another 18whp iirc). There's this new ECU tuning that is floating around the forums (TTFS tuning) that seems to add a good 15-20HP to the car (IIRC , dyno testing showed it provided 14whp to an IS250 AWD) and they're doing it for $800 or so, so bang for buck it seems to be your best bet.
Then there's FI or nitrous but I think it's extremely unusual for a 250 owner to consider those options. It seems to me if a 350 is out of the question, intake/exhaust/headers + ECU tuning should produce decent numbers (40-50hp) for $3-$4k.
Someone who knows more can hopefully correct or provide confirmation of these estimates. IMO I'd strongly look into the ECU tune and possibly the Joe Z intake if power is of great concern to you and you don't want to trade in for a 350, as I think it's possible to spend 1K on both of those and still get about 20HP out of it, while keeping the car fully legal as well.

Won't belabor the "should have bought a 350 if wanted power".
