Wait you have a custom exhaust already? Any sound clip?

Also where could I buy a twin loop muffler similar to the ones made by suruga? I need this sound in my life lol

^Sorry, was late at night and my typing skills were lacking. I still only have PPE headers and a stock mid and stock axle back muffler setup. What the post should have stated is that I WANT to do a PPE header into a custom "straight-pipe mid into a custom twin-loop muffler setup. Something that resembles this :

That looks cool! Hey but I was wondering, if I were to buy one of those universal twin mufflers and have it replace my Tsudo mufflers, couldn't I get a sound similar to the suruga for less? What do you think Gville?

Well, it would be a step in the right direction. But to get the sound closest to earlier posted vid, you'd need headers, a straight pipe mid pipe, and a very similar twin-loop muffler setup like the above.

Hmm.. I wonder if there's a shop that would be willing to try and make something customers like that? It would be amazing to have a unique sound like that

I'd start with something like this :

http://www.ebay.com/itm/STAINLESS-2-...-/151532874971

If the sound isn't enough, removing the second of the two "mufflers" for a straight pipe section might net a closer sound.

By second muffler do you mean the resonator? Becuase I already have mine deleted

The ebay item has two small mufflers or resonators. Just saying that to mimic the Sugura Speed one, you'd have to remove the second muffler/resonator on this ebay item.

Interesting.. Im beginning to think that this will become my next mod after my tune and wheels. Who knows? It may just end up sounding like a Suruga lol.

Via one of the comments under the video in YouTube :

"LEXUS "IS350" Intake: Exhaust Suruga Speed: EX prototype maker Mani certain (type unequal length), straight pipes, PFS is a combination of Suruga speed loop muffler sound."

Bump.. Gville did you end up doing any more research on this? I'm looking to change up my exhaust soon and this sounds like a plausible idea, I have headers as well.

Good lord that sounds absolutely incredible. Especially that second video. I'm aware its very expensive ($1500 to almost $5k) but has anyone here bought or tested it? Is it even possible to get it in the states?

Yeah this is so hype.. almost worth the price if we could get it here. I'm not sure if we can get it in the states. I'm talking to my exhaust guy to see if we can get a custom set up going somewhat like this for less than half the price..

Just emailed two ebay sellers to see if they carry a left and right mirror image, if they do, I will buy them both and have these put on. If not, ill probably still buy them and just cut and weld one of them to flip around.
