I just installed the AEM intake on my '14 and boy does it not disappoint. Highly recommend it!

Any performance gains?

Throttle response, higher MPG, etc.

I installed a Takeda (AFE) intake on my 14 IS250. Fitment was perfect and it sounded great. I don't think you will notice any real power/response gains. Maybe a little better fuel mileage.
