Default Spectre intake

Hi, I was looking at adding a Spectre 10190 cold air intake to my IS350 Has anyone had experience with this brand? Trying to get a more" thoaty" sound . Thanks

Ironically, I just put one on my 250. Did some research, and this is nearly the same as the K&N system, but about $100 cheaper. Same design.....but the Spectre is made in China and K&N in the USA. Mine looked well made with the exception of metal shavings left over from drilling and tapping the holes. Just had to blow the tube out and wipe down.

Everything mounted and lined up perfectly...it was super easy.

Performance? Couldn't tell much from stock, and wasn't expecting to. Best part is that the car sounds stock up until about 2700-3000 rpm.....then growls and comes alive.....You'll never know that it's there day to day driving.

Gas mileage hasn't changed....again didn't expect it either way. No check engine light....

I got mine from Auto Zone on-line...saved some good money.

Hard to beat for the price!

The proven Fujita intake has a great sound to it as well; reason why I got one.
