IS Turbo resources
Hello all,
I have a 02 IS that I am planning to put a 2JZ-GTE VVT-I motor swap into it and have been reading a bunch of different posts and have a few requests and questions. I understand that it has been said before but instead of reading 100+ threads to find the two pieces of info you need, maybe this would be a good jumping off point. I find that people use different slang for different parts in their post and you could miss a lot of good posts.
Is there a thread that lists out the different members or companies that do the harness mods?
If not can you start to list them here?
Is there a thread that list the tranny mods that need to be done so they can survive? Valve bodies, etc.. How about what tranny options that are available to the IS300 crowd for mild to wild applications? I would love to build this up to 750-800hp as budget allows so would like info to go that high.
